Bracken Events has worked alongside Stelrad Radiators for several years, delivering a series of impactful exhibition stands across the UK. As one of the UK’s leading radiator manufacturers, Stelrad requires a professional and consistent presence across multiple shows — with a stand that can adapt to various spaces while always delivering brand clarity, functionality, and visual appeal.

In 2024, we collaborated with the Stelrad marketing team to develop a new, fully modular exhibition stand that could be reconfigured for a wide range of show formats and sizes, without compromising on quality or impact.

 

The Brief: Versatility with Visual Impact

Stelrad’s brief was clear: create a stand that is visually striking, easy to navigate, and modular enough to adapt to venues ranging from intimate regional events to high-profile exhibitions like InstallerSHOW at the NEC.

The stand needed to:

• Showcase Stelrad’s latest product lines clearly and attractively

• Provide a space for technical conversations and lead generation

• Be reusable and reconfigurable for multiple events across the year

• Reinforce the brand’s reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability

 

Our Approach

Bracken Events designed and delivered a sleek, modern stand system with interchangeable graphic panels, flexible product display options, and integrated lighting — all built around a core modular framework.

For InstallerSHOW — Stelrad’s flagship event of the year — the stand was scaled up to make maximum impact, featuring:

• A high-level branded fascia for visibility across the exhibition hall

• Dedicated areas for new product launches and technical information

• An open, welcoming layout to support conversations and networking

At smaller CIBSE shows and regional events, the modular design allowed us to reduce the footprint while retaining brand consistency and core messaging.
